This paper presents two cases of Megalodactyly treated at this clinic. One of them was true meglodactyly accompanied by abnormal bony growth and hyperplasia of soft tissue components without apparent cause, the other was pseude-megalodactyly which was resulted by lipoma. The etiology, incidence, clinicopathological aspects and it´s treatment were discussed and summarized.
